Meet the founder

I'm Jaynell, founder of The Clean Theory.

My background is in property. I started in architecture, then moved into party wall surveying, and I've spent years working in and around people's homes. It taught me that the details matter: the finishes, the materials, and how a space actually feels to live in.

The Clean Theory started from a simple belief: a clean home is the foundation for everything else. I set the standards, the checklists and the products we use, and every clean is held to them, whether it's a regular home clean, an Airbnb turnover or an end-of-tenancy clean.
